Order Placement

Domestic orders

To browse products, please click on navigation bar on desktop website or on 3 horizontal lines visible on left hand top of mobile-website (left of Shilphaat.com logo).

Once you click, Drop down menu of various categories and sub-categories will open. Clicking on that particular category will lead you to that collection.

Product catalogue with price is visible under each category. On clicking the picture of any product, product-page will open with all its details and “add to cart” option.

Customers need to click on “add to cart” button if they want to purchase that product.

After adding product to cart, they can either proceed with browsing and adding more products or check-out and move to page where they have to add their shipping address and make payments.

International customers with Indian shipping address

Customers living outside India, who want their orders shipped to any address in India, and are making payment in INR through international card can proceed through website as instructed above.

International orders

Currently order placement for international deliveries and in currencies other than INR, cannot be done directly from website. Customers are requested to send message through mail or whatsapp from where our executive will assist to place order.

Payments and Transfers

Cash-on Delivery: Available in most of Indian cities.

Few customers prefer to pay though card or UPI to courier personnel as “pay-on-delivery”. This facility entirely depends on shipping company and not on us. Many times courier companies provide this and some other times services are withdrawn

Online payment: Can be proceeded through ccavenue and razorpay payment gateways or UPI .

Customers can also mail or whatsapp at our official mail I”D or contact number for UPI payments scan code.

Bank Deposit: Customers can also make payment through bank deposit method and transfer amount directly to account provided on website.

Paypal: Is available for International customers, making payments in currency other than INR

Customer Safety

Users/Customers are requested not to entertain calls and mails not send from number and mail I’D given on website.

Customers are duly requested not to transfer money on any link, number or account other than that provided on website .

Shilphaat.com will not ask for any passwords, OTP or card details.

Please reconfirm on official mail I’D and number provided before making any transfer.

Shilphaat may help or support its customer but will not be able to hold any money related responsibility for such negligence on customers’ part.
