Block-printed, Dabu-Indigo Chanderi Sari

Material- Silk(50%) and cotton(50%) Chanderi (silk at warp and cotton at weft). All natural, No artificial fiber added Chanderi is thin, light weave, translucent fabric.
*Due to use of unpolished silk, sari may not appear very shiny at first instance.
Craft- Dabu (mud resist) – Natural Indigo HandBlock print on woven Chanderi fabric

Colour and brightness depend on individual screen settings. Besides, photography is done under enhanced/optimal light conditions so may differ slightly in indoors and dull light.

Washing instruction : Dry wash for first time, later can be washed at home using soft detergent, No machine wash, please do not keep soaked in detergent or water.

Being naturally dyed, it may color bleed, (many times even due to heavy sweating). These excess colours are usually washed away  in one or 2 wash but colors won’t fade.

*Natural-Indigo dyed products have peculiar smell due to fermented natural colour and hand-printing process that proves its authenticity and goes away in few washes.
